Industries we serve
The valley's economy leans on food processing, agriculture, distribution, auto and equipment repair, healthcare and public services. Each of those has a different idea of what a good floor is. A produce packing room needs seamless, slip-resistant surfaces that can be hosed down with hot water and sanitizer. A warehouse wants a hard, light-reflective floor that stands up to forklifts and pallet jacks. An auto shop needs chemical resistance against brake fluid, solvents and oil. A clinic or agency office needs something clean, durable and easy to maintain. We design the system around those demands.
System options
- High-build epoxy: thick, durable coatings for warehouses, storage and manufacturing.
- Quartz broadcast epoxy: colored quartz sand locked in resin for texture and wear in kitchens and processing areas.
- Urethane cement: the workhorse for hot washdowns, thermal shock and constant moisture in food plants.
- Chemical-resistant novolac epoxy: for battery rooms, labs and areas with harsh chemicals.
- Decorative flake or metallic: for showrooms, lobbies, fitness centers and retail.
Keeping your doors open
For most businesses, downtime is the biggest cost of a new floor. We plan around it. Work can be done at night, over weekends, during scheduled shutdowns or in phases so part of the facility stays in operation. Fast-cure materials allow some areas to return to service the next morning. For food processors, we coordinate around production runs and sanitation schedules. For public buildings, we work with facilities managers on access, security and ventilation.
Preparing commercial concrete
Commercial slabs often have years of history on them: old tile adhesive, sealers, paint stripes, oil-soaked areas and damaged joints. We use large planetary grinders and shot blasters to remove contaminants and open the surface. Moisture testing is a standard part of every job. Joints are filled with semi-rigid fillers that support forklift wheels, and cracks are repaired so they do not reflect through the new coating.
Safety, hygiene and compliance
We can add aggregate to any system for slip resistance around drains, ramps, entrances and wet processing lines. Integral cove base carries the resin up the wall to eliminate the seam where bacteria and grime collect, which is valuable in food and healthcare spaces. Safety aisles, hazard zones and equipment areas can be built into the floor in contrasting colors. We provide product data sheets, safety data sheets and care instructions for your records and inspections.
Cleaning crews will notice
A seamless resin floor is far easier to clean than bare or sealed concrete. Spills do not soak in, auto scrubbers glide over the surface and lighter colors make it easy to see when something needs attention. We share recommended cleaners and pad types so your floor stays in good condition.
Planning your project
Have your square footage, a description of how each area is used and any scheduling constraints ready. We will visit, test the slab and provide a written proposal with recommended systems and options. For finished office and retail spaces, polished concrete is often a good alternative, and damaged areas can be addressed first through our floor repair service.
Long-term support
As your floor ages, we can recoat traffic lanes, repair damage from dropped equipment and add new striping when layouts change. Planned maintenance is far less disruptive than replacing a worn-out floor.
Working with property managers
Many of our commercial clients are property managers or landlords preparing a space for a new tenant. We can coordinate with general contractors, work within lease turnover deadlines and provide documentation for tenant improvement files. For multi-unit buildings, we can schedule units one at a time so other tenants are not disrupted. Clear written scopes and schedules make it easy for everyone involved to plan, and we keep you updated throughout the project so there are no surprises when the space is handed back.
Every commercial bid lists the system, thickness, cure times and any phasing so you can compare it fairly against other proposals. We also note what the floor needs for daily cleaning so your staff can keep it looking good from day one.
